I am a Global senior executive in the IT market. I love learning, living and leading in a collaborative multicultural environment. I'm passionate about Transformation, Partnership Ecosystem, Public sector and Healthcare and helping companies and businesses as they move to the next stage of development and growth into large corporations through expansion, M&A and/or ecosystem development.

My success is identifying the smarter go-to-market strategy to accelerate the company’s business revenue and profit growth and laser focused goal-oriented execution. I like working with high performance teams that are proud about exceeding customer satisfaction and fueled by a passion to transform the business improving productivity and driving exponential growth. I like working with businesses principles and are focused on client success.

In my more than 40 years at IBM, Xerox, Verizon and Avaya I developed deep experience managing the matrix, maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of urgency and speed. I grew the IBM Healthcare Ecosystem Business; I managed and grew the largest Xerox/Conduent partnership Globally through a passion for client success. I was part of the Verizon start of their Healthcare and Life Sciences organization focused on identity management, security, fraud and medical records exchange.

Starting an Avaya practice that focused on the go to market strategy with system Integrators and consultants has been a sense of urgency and growth opportunity.

I am a member of International Women Forum, Who's Who Female Executive and on the Global Catholic charity’s foundation focused on improving healthcare.
