Michael serves as a resource and advocate for people making things better: effective, efficient, equitable. He leads the innovation portfolio for Montgomery County MD and supports a learning network of mayors ensuring everyone counts in every election  for the Foundation for Civic Leadership. Michael previously served as Chief Policy and Innovation Officer for Chattanooga TN.
