SCOTT SMITH

Scott Smith is currently the Chief Executive Office of AmpliFund, a provider of SaaS grants management
solutions to the public sector and non-profits. He has over 25 years of industry experience with high-
growth enterprise software and information services companies in sales leadership and executive
management positions. Prior to AmpliFund, Scott led the Enterprise Business Group at Gordian, which
during his tenure became an operating company of Fortive Corporation. In his role, he was responsible
for the growth and delivery of Gordian’s integrated SaaS, data and professional services solutions to
public sector, higher education, and healthcare clients.

Scott’s industry experience also includes serving as the President and General Manager of a
multinational firm delivering business information services. Additionally, he has held management
positions in the public sector business units of Software AG and Parametric Technology Corporation.

Scott was on active duty service with the United States Navy before making the transition to the
commercial sector. He is a combat-decorated Naval Aviator. Scott holds Bachelor’s degrees from Duke
University and a Master’s of business administration from Old Dominion University.
