At my previous role as the Chief Research Officer at Morning Consult, I oversaw a division of 220+ revenue-generating employees across four teams, and was responsible for the company's revenue performance, client journey experience, and differentiated service offerings. I facilitated the shift to a fully remote working environment, a strategic and consultative selling approach, and a cross-functional initiative to enhance revenue recognition. I also built regional teams, onboarding programs, and variable compensation schemes to foster a strong, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
