JASON SPARKS

Mr. Sparks has over 20 years of experience in the information technology space, spanning the private, non-profit, and government sectors. As the DC Health Benefit Exchange Authority’s Chief Information Officer, Mr. Sparks leads the Agency’s delivery of the DC Health Link online marketplace for DC residents, small businesses, and their employees. His responsibilities range from day-to-day technology operations to long-term technology strategy for DC Health Link. Additionally, Mr. Sparks leads the team responsible for providing technology support to Agency staff and volunteers.
