We provide a full-service solution to enable organizations to deliver nurse triage for low acuity 911 callers regardless of their resource capability. This solution improves the value of healthcare delivered via the 911 system especially for low socioeconomic status individuals who disproportionately rely on emergency healthcare resources for non-emergent care which ultimately preserves precious community emergency resources. 911 nurse triage is an effective way to reduce the $38 billion wasted on emergency medical care annually; however current programs are inefficient thus preventing proliferation. TruTriage addresses this by providing cost-effective solutions to state and local governments to enable the greater adoption of 911 nurse triage services.
