Andrew Weisberg

Andrew Weisberg is the Director of Talent for the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce. With several years of experience in the public and private sector and non-profit space, Andrew has worked with a variety of community and industry stakeholders on several focus areas, which include regional economic development strategies, wrap around support to workforce engagement, development of second chance hiring strategies, and coordinating programming efforts through data visualization. Currently, Andrew is focused on implementing workforce development initiatives in the Overland Park, KS area as part of the Chamber’s long term strategic initiative around talent attraction, recruitment, and alignment of resources. Andrew is a long-time resident of the Kansas City area and a graduate from the University of Kansas and the University of Connecticut. In addition, he was a recent fellow with the US Chamber’s Business Leads Fellowship Program focused on enhancing connections, partnerships, and resources within the workforce ecosystem and was part of the inaugural IEDC/ACCE Certificate in Workforce Development Fundamentals class.
