Becca Castro

With a diverse background in entrepreneurship, program management, and education, Becca Castro brings a broad range of experience to her role as the leader of KC SourceLink, an organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship and connecting business owners with the over 230 resource partners in the region. Her work focuses on fostering an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem, promoting sustainable growth, and supporting founders across various stages of their business journey.



Prior to this role, Becca led LaunchKC, an entrepreneur support program designed to accelerate the growth of innovation-led tech startups in Kansas City, MO. Her career spans multiple sectors, including workforce development leadership at Skilled KC, a Kauffman Foundation initiative, and managing a research and development team focused on behavioral and data science at Northrop Grumman.



Becca is dedicated to driving community and economic development through innovation and collaboration. She is also deeply committed to education and community service, actively serving on boards and volunteering in the Kansas City area.
