Claytie has 15+ years of experience fostering customer-first cultures in the SaaS world by looking at every decision through the lens of the customer. Most recently, she led SAP’s Customer Experience business in North America, where she integrated and scaled three software acquisitions and advised some of the world's largest companies on their customer experience journey. Claytie has spent the majority of her career in Customer Experience, previously holding leadership roles across sales and delivery at Varicent, with a successful exit to IBM; Blueprint; and Botify. As Chief Customer Officer, at Clariti, Claytie leads Customer Success, Professional Services, and Technical Support.
