I am Darian Z. Harris, a legal and policy professional with extensive experience in government affairs and advisory roles. Since April 2021, I have been a Senior Associate at Advantage Capital and InState Partners, focusing on the firm’s economic development, public policy, and public finance initiatives at the state and local levels. Additionally, I serve as a Senior Advisor at Merit, PayIt, and Polco, underscoring my expertise in strategic advisory capacities in the GovTech space.

I hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Reinhardt University.
