Jessica MacLeod is a government technology leader, Customer Success leader, and Leadership Coach with over 15 years of experience across the public, private, and social impact sectors. Currently, she runs her own advisory practice, coaching leaders and helping organizations align their vision and message and deliver measurable outcomes through clear value communication and transparent processes.
Previously, Jessica served as the Head of Customer Outcomes at Authorium, leading Customer Success Managers, Support, and Training as well as the post-sale journey with partners. As the first VP of Customer Success at Promise, she built out the post-sales organization aligning sales and customer messaging, reducing implementation times and sales cycles while improving NRR in some cases by over 200%. In 2021 Jessica was recruited by the City of San Rafael as Director of Digital Services and Technology, building out the City’s first Product Management function, modernizing critical systems, and designing the city’s first data-driven performance management program.
Jessica co-founded the U.S. Digital Response in 2020, leading the Government Partnerships team during the first year of COVID-19. She also spent six years as part of the government open data movement, building the Customer Success function at Socrata from Series B through the company’s acquisition by Tyler Technologies in 2018.
Throughout her career, Jessica has focused on practical strategies that empower teams, drive growth, and achieve sustainable impact.
