Kris Sandor

With over 13 years of diverse and impactful experience in strategy, analytics, management consulting, entrepreneurship, and customer support, Kris is the Co-Founder and CEO of Readyly, a company that transforms the way people work by automating their manual customer support workflows through Generative AI technology. He focuses on driving costs down and performance up as companies scale, creating value for both businesses and customers.

His journey as a leader and problem-solver began as a Navy nuclear submarine officer, where he learned the importance of discipline, teamwork, and innovation. He then joined McKinsey as a consultant, where he helped clients across various industries and geographies achieve their strategic goals. He also was a business development lead at Palantir, where he leveraged data and technology to solve complex challenges for government and commercial clients. As the CEO of Citi Bike, he successfully exited the company to Lyft in 2018, growing the user base and revenue of the largest bike-sharing system in the US. He has a passion for helping entrepreneurs who are working to scale their businesses and creating conditions for front-line workers to earn a better living. He also has a unique perspective on bioterrorism defense, having published a paper on the topic and managed a program at the Department of Defense.
