Madeline is a strategic revenue leader focused on finding and scaling product-market fit for products and services that empower our cities. She is currently the Chief Revenue Officer at Lacuna Technologies, where she oversees public sector and commercial sales, account growth, and strategic new revenue initiatives. She has worked with some of the biggest cities and transportation agencies in the United States, from the city of Los Angeles to Miami-Dade County to the State of Connecticut, and has built and scaled sales organizations by finding creative and productive procurement methods to help cities scale what works. Madeline has a passion for sales operations, coaching, and organizational development.
Before joining Lacuna, Madeline served as the Director of Sales at Swiftly, where she grew revenue from <$1M to $10M. Previously, she developed new business models and partnerships with corporates, development organizations, and cities in Africa to catalyze millions of dollars of infrastructure investments in transportation through new data tools. A frequent public speaker, Madeline has been an invited presenter to the World Bank, the International Transportation Forum, and UN Habitat. Madeline is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Cape Town.
