Noam Maital

Noam Maital is the co-founder and CEO of Darwin, leveraging extensive experience in developing and scaling AI-driven technology solutions for state and local governments. Previously, he founded Waycare, an AI-based traffic

management company, where he successfully deployed AI solutions across over a dozen states to enhance traffic management and improve road safety. Under his leadership, Waycare was acquired by Rekor, a NASDAQ-traded company.

Noam has a robust background in AI, having collaborated with various transportation agencies to implement innovative solutions addressing urban mobility challenges. He also worked as an investor at UpWest, a venture capital fund investing in early-stage startups. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, he led global strategy projects in technology implementation, growth strategy, and financial due diligence.

Noam holds a BSc, Summa Cum Laude, from Babson College with a dual degree in Economics and Strategic Management. Additionally, he served as a First Sergeant in the Israeli Special Forces.
