Rachel Stern

Rachel Stern is an investor, operator and political strategist. She is currently the Chief Strategy Officer at Streamline, a company that provides digital services to special districts to better stay connected with their constituents. Prior to Streamline, Rachel founded InState Partners, a boutique venture capital and lobbying firm focused on investing in govtech, which she built over a decade. She is an active angel investor, advisor and board member for early stage govtech companies.

Rachel has a BA from Amherst College and an MBA from Berkeley Haas School of Business.
