Roger Wright

Proven leader with over 33 years of management experience. I have managed large scale enterprise and cross operating company initiatives for the City of Fort Worth, FedEx Service, FedEx Express, Ground, Freight, Office, and Smart Post. I have managed program management office for Dobb’s Management, FedEx Services and the City of Fort Wroth leading the process to establish and manage governance, portfolio management, time reporting, project costing, executive analytics, and project management best practices. Prior to that I led teams responsible for reliability analysis, technical support, vendor management, and consulting. I have extensive operations experience and vendor management including offshore experience. My passion is driving change and making a difference in my organization and for those that work with me.
